We loves the stores we visited and purchased a bunch of great souvenirs. When we got back to Canada we ordered 3 sweaters online from the store. Unfortunately only 2 of the 3 have arrived and Carrolls have left it up to us to track down the missing 2nd box. They have not stepped up to solve the issue. Very disappointed.
