Carroll’s customer service is awesome. I emailed with a follow up to an order and got a prompt response with a resolve to my ordering error and received the proper items. The reason this review is 4 stars jrather than 5 is due to quality control of products delivered. The shirt I purchased was not sewn properly leaving a rather large gap in the seam work on one side. Carrolls has no control over the quality of what is sent to them, but a double check of products or a request for merchandise quality checks pre-distribution from suppliers could help.
