1. I did not receive my order, and in the tracking link was no information listed.
I have family in Ireland and wanted to introduce Irish products to business partners...instead I had to tell them that the products were not delivered.
It bothers me even more, because I could have ordered the products over Amazon (send from Carrolls) instead from Carrolls directly. And Amazon provides tracking information.
2. After 2 weeks and 3 emails to customer service I have not received my money back. Nearly 100 Euro were not reimbursed. Very poor business practice.
After this experience I can not recommend Carrolls any longer
