Easy to find what I wanted. The item ordered is a replacement for one my husband brought home from a trip. Our 2 year old loves this ball and played with the first one a little too roughly. Website was easy to use for ordering. Shipping was o.k. The tracking information was a little confusing. After about 5 days it showed as delivered but the package was not at our home. I thought it was lost for almost a week until the status updated again and showed as picked up by one of our local US carriers.
