I have ordered several times and try to support Irish companies. I love almost everything I have ordered and the merchandise has always been of high quality. I ordered 2 bracelets for Christmas that were silver instead of gold and looked very cheap and fragile. I contacted your company and my complaint was quickly answered, my money is in the process of being refunded and I thank you very much. I will continue shopping with Carroll's and will recommend it to others.
