I used Carroll's website about 3 weeks ago to order 5 engraved Guinness tankards. I was told the following day that my order had been completed and was on the way. It arrived promptly and I was very satisfied with the end product. I decided to use Carroll's website to purchase some Christmas presents a week ago. My order was confirmed on Monday and I heard nothing more from the company. The website said purchases would be despatched within one or two days within the Republic of Ireland. On Wednesday I sent in a query on their website and was given a ticket number and told I would be answered within 24 hours. Today is Friday and the only correspondence I have had from the company is an email to ask how satisfied I am with my order. I have given two stars instead of one because of my first order.
