Very nice people to work with. Unfortunately, my order came in two separate boxes and one box had two glasses in that came broken and probably shipped by a outside vendor. They acknowledged it and are shipping two more and should get it soon but not yet? I'm from the state of Iowa, USA and appreciated the free shipping. No fear, they stand behind what they do!
