One item was not available but I wasn’t informed until the package had been sent - so I had no chance to choose a replacement item - I should not have been able to select it if the size was unavailable at the time I ordered. Then the package finally arrived just in time for Christmas- one gift missing (the personalised wine glasses ) even though it stated on the contents list that they were in the package. I’m very disappointed in Carroll’s - a second order (to another family member in England ) has not been opened yet - they will open them Christmas morning - but now I have no faith that all the order will be there. It’s all very unsatisfactory.
