I ordered 3 items as a Christmas gift for my nephew and one item arrived broken. Due to postal strikes I didn’t think the replacement would arrived in time for Christmas but to my surprise it arrived on Christmas Eve. Well done Carroll’s for getting the replacement sent out so quickly
