I've loved my experience with Carrolls and have ordered from them twice. My first order was for 4 mugs...unfortunately the packing was not done quite right, and all 4 mugs were broken. I emailed customer service, and they promptly offered to refill the order, no questions asked. I received a replacement order promptly and undamaged. I placed my second order for a variety of items (chocolate, Taytos, sweater, beanie) - the order arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. Everything was of great quality as well and made for great gifts. I will definitely order from Carroll's again in the future.
