Although I still have yet to receive my order, I do not hold the company at fault. I ordered per shipping requirements to receive it in time, per their guidelines, but it was the holiday season. I believe that the shipping companies were at fault for my not receiving it. I am holding out hope that I will one day get my packages, but Carrolls was good enough to refund me in full, and I am very grateful for that as I had to scramble to find a replacement gift. I was only disappointed that I finally found the perfect gift and was not able to give it. I would purchase from Carrolls again but will take into consideration international shipping issues.
