I ordered 2 boys Rugby shirts on 26th Jan for delivery in the UK. An email from you dated 28th January 2023 stated that the order was on its way and gave the Fedex tracking #393968523825. Tracking on 8th February showed that the order had not left Dublin. I contacted on-line support and was informed me that the order had been lost in your warehouse. An offer to renew the order for delivery in 2-3 days was accepted but as it had not been delivered by 14th Feb and I had not been given a new tracking number I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. This was received on 17th Feb
