I made an order and due to royal mail customs bringing it into England it's still not arrived 4 weeks later. I contacted Carroll's and dealt with Shannon and Nicola they re-shipped to my Aunt's in the north of Ireland and I was able to get it posted to me in England all in the space of 4 days. Thank you so much, this was a birthday pressie which is late but at least I have something now.
