I bought a flat cap in Carrolls on a visit to Dublin just prior to the Covid epidemic. I left it on an underground train in London earlier this year. I ordered another from Carrolls by post. It arrived within 4 days and is an excellent hat. Everything about Carrolls is excellent - buying, despatch and quality of product.
