Every part of my experience with Carrolls Irish Gifts has been 5/5. I love the Kearney's Irish Chocolate and the care that Carrolls takes in packaging and shipping the product. I had an issue where I made a mistake with my mailing address and my post office lost my chocolate (very unfortuante) but Nicola from Carrolls went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. It's some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!
