I would have really liked to give you a good review. Your range is great and I placed an order that should have been a gift for a dear old lady. But in your E-Mail you said "We would love to hear your feedback on our service" So, there you go.
Unfortunately, my package hasn't arrived at all and when I asked over a week ago, I was told that FedEx had handed the package over to a local courier in Germany and that it was no longer trackable. I was reimbursed for delivery costs, but what does that help? I asked more times and finally asked to cancel the order, because it's to late anyways. But for almost a week customer service has stopped responding at all.
Nothing will happen with the gift and I am very dissatisfied. I also tell you what I expected: I would have expected my order to be sent express a second time. Then I could have received it in time.
