I was nervous about coming in.. excited because I’d just passed my test and was keen on getting a car asap but not having a clue how to go about it. I made an enquire online and I was contacted back the following day and invited up for a chat; Chris took care of me and I’m very thankful for his patience with all my questions! Initially saw a wee car but unfortunately it was already sold, Chris pulled through and brought out my car - lovely sporty white Corsa and I fell in love as soon as I sat in it. What a car for my first car! I appreciate Chris’s patience and transparency about the situation with my finance and keeping me updated along the way. He put my mind at ease a lot. Even when I’ve come in to pick up the car, I can’t remember the girls name but she was so lovely and welcoming and made it a proper celebration.. I was absolutely cheesered driving it away! Customer service is absolutely spot on.. good interactions and attentiveness - I’ll happily come back and speak about my next car in a few years!
