Jodie, sales advisor, had 10/10 customer service 5* no doubt. Aftercare was decent, although there was a bit of confusion and some missing communication with the aftersales team and the parts department which resulted in a wasted trip down to Glasgow to try to sort out a key that didn't have a battery in it.
