My experiencing buying a car from Peter Vardy was stress-inducing and incredibly frustrating. Communication between departments seems poor which leads to a complete lack of communication to the customer at times. The Sales Advisor I first spoke to had to get the answer to multiple questions from his Manager, he would get back to me with an answer to 1 question and not the other. I asked to speak to his Manager directly, an email was sent to him so that he would call me. I never heard from him. Information on Peter Vardy website was disputed by Peter Vardy and I had to at multiple times ask them to honour the information on their website that delivery of the car would be free and not the £50 that was added to my bill initially. Additional offers were not initially included although actively listed on the website. The Sales Advisor was under the impression that these offers experienced in January (I was buying in February) yet their website clearly says offer experiences 28th February. When I agreed the purchase of the car it took a further 5 days before anyone would acknowledge me to let me know when my car would be delivered to me. I was told by the delivery driver that this can be an issue of scheduling. That would be understandable if someone from Peter Vardy just gave me a rough time frame instead of not actually speaking to me.
