I was really disappointed in the service of hand over team when collecting my vehicle. The car had not been cleaned, previous owners personal belongings left in car, key with no battery, window wipers not being replaced despite this being something that was told would happen.
After buying a car for over £13,000 with you I would at the very least expect the car to have been washed/valeted, not to mention having said work carried out before I picked the car up!
