Horrific service car arrives filthy/inside is disgusting. Most stressful month I have ever had. To finish off with a car I refuse to drive & get into.
With Covid you would expect a pristine car to arrive. Very upsetting & feel like I’ve been treated terribly. The Glasgow branch manager Steve was full of empty delivery dates. Could never rerun a simple phone call
