Sales experience good. Handover experience awful. Was allocated a 2pm appointment to pick up my car. Didn't get dealt with until 3.10 pm. In total it took 1 hour 40 minutes to pick up my new car, which ruined what should have been a happy day. Not happy either with an upholstery repair to the driver's seat that I negotiated as part of the sale. The seat looks worse than it did when it had a small hole that was supposed to repaired.
