If I'd thought it would inconvenience anyone but myself, I'd have never of picked the car up. My worst customer service experience to date. Avoid at all costs. What you may save in money, you will lose in time.
There are too many 'teams' that seem to work in silos. No joined up thinking or communication and very much a case of, if you don't know the answer just make something up. Nightmare of a place.
