I was advised by the reception that it was Lisa's first day back, Lisa said she was off for 16 months and may be a bit rusty with any new updates on the system. She sought relevant help when required and I felt valued and appreciated while she did. I did not mind the minor delays while getting help, I received excellent customer care during the purchase and on collection and was offered refreshments at both times.
