Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I’ve waited over 6 weeks for a for issues to be resolved with my car.
I am now having to take car to Kia dealership to have internal repairs done under kia warranty.
I am also waiting on a second key being sent out that was apparently on order when I collected the car - told it would take maximum 3 weeks!
The team rarely answer the phone, and are very poor at responding to emails. Accept that you will need to return to store on numerous occasions if you expect any issues to be dealt with after purchasing.
