strengths : good prices, fair exchange deal, welcoming people and comfortable environment in which to do business. weaknesses : handover prep perhaps needs a bit of quality control - I noticed signs of rushed vehicle prep e.g. front windscreen inside not properly cleaned, a dirty wheel trim - no big deal - but it does show up when you make a big deal of the handover - you have to follow through with a clean car if it's to work. My vehicle has manufacturer warranty still valid, but no mention made of warranty arrangements, but I've no worries as car is fine. Staff trying just a tad too hard; relax just a little. Some customers know what they want and may prefer a slightly more relaxed atmosphere - the bells and whistles may be ok for some - but left me somewhat unmoved even if I did go along with it. Overall : the good deal sealed it. A pleasant experience made easier by very helpful staff and a comfortable environment. 100% for effort to satisfy - competitors need to take some lessons.
