Being a sales person myself I like to cut through the jargon and get to the nitty gritty, i.e.pricing, as quickly as possible. Regardless of the fact I asked to do this on at least 3 occasions, the sales team would not come back with a straight answer. They obviously have a particular system that they cannot divert from and it kind of put me off, although I still bought the cars.
Sales guy Mark was very nice although I thought he tried too hard to get on a personal level too quickly and then had no autonomy whatsoever when it came to discussing prices.
