staff extremely pleasant, although it did take a while to get my car I'm very happy with it. salesman (Robert) very nice guy and the girl in the handover team (Emma, I think?) also very nice.
on the downside the wrong tax disc was put on my car and I received several phone calls within a couple of hours trying to rectify this, one of which I answered whilst pulling over and got 3 points and a £100 fine (cheers for that).
But other than that good service.
