Buying experience and salesman was excellent.
After sales, not impressed with. I was advised a parcel tray was on order when collecting the car and it would arrive in a couple of days. We're now more than a week down the line (car collected 14th March) and still no confirmation of this being available for collection.
Tried to call numerous times and nobody is ever available or reception are unaware of who is best to pass my call too.
Overall, good experience but after sales are nowhere near good enough for such a minor item.
