salesman and handover were excellent but too much meet and greet and name tags and through the whole thing again when you take delivery.
lots of polish still on my car and no stamp in the service book.
coffee is great idea and much appreciated.
small things like polish are annoying after vardy build it up so much i have seen better valets.
