When I first went to the store everyone was friendly and keen to help . Showroom itself is amAzing. Robbie the sales man who served me was absolutely amazing could no fault him at all and if anyone were to ask me I would ensure they went to Robbie to purchase a car. However the communication after sales was dreadful I was due to pick my car up on the Wednesday at 4 and got a call at 2 to say I couldn't get it for part reasons. Then from that day on I had to keep phoning tonget an update on the car nobody was calling me to let me know what was happening! Deeply deeply annoyed by this considering how much money I had just spent!! Unfortunately Robbie was on holiday otherwise I knew for certain he would have contacted me! I needed up being out of pocket and was just an Inconvenience
