I believe it was solely down to the sales rep Kelly Bates. She made you feel so important and made the experience a breeze. She went the extra mile and even came in on her day off to test drive and when we collected car. She is an absolute asset to your company an I'm already send hopefully two more people her way to purchase a new car. She's a superstar.
