Saw a car I really liked online, enquired about it and then went down the finance route which was all handled by Lisa who made it really simple, fast and easy especially over the long Easter bank holiday weekend. I didn’t have to do much of anything, she is a valuable asset to your team. After booking in for the handover it was as simple as signing a document and taking the keys, the car was literally ready to drive away. Only thing I noticed was the car didn’t have a manual with it, although it came with the service book and history. However upon mentioning this to the person handing the car to me he said he’d get one ordered and sent out to me no problem.
