Exceptionally poor communication from the moment I had signed my contract agreement. I constantly had to phone the company to get an update or just any idea what was going on. Phoned over and over and no one was ever available. I left messages with reception and no one got back to me. The only way I got any answers was going into the branch myself.
Waited 4 weeks for a car when I was told it would be there in 3 days.
Waited 3 and a half hours when picking up the car as it was not ready.
