The care we received from Sean on the sales team was very attentive. He kept us informed & responded quickly to any questions/requests we had. Even when we had to wait a little bit longer to receive the car due to the work required Sean apologised for our wait & strived to proceed as quickly as was possible. We did consider only rating a 4 stars due to some issues with the preparation. Such as on waiting 1 week for the car to be prepared when we collected it the air conditioning was not working & a small part of the dashboard was not fitted correctly. However Sean's follow up care was extremely responsive & he contacted the appropriate department to arrange these problems to be resolved.
