When I first entered peter vardy I was paired up with John Black, he assisted me from start to finish, he contacted me consistently giving me updates which I appreciated as I hadn’t went through this process for numerous years (8 to be precise) so I was hesitant as I’m wary about change. John made me feel at ease and went over and beyond with his assistance, he made me feel comfortable, even when I was asking the daftest questions, we were laughing and joking and he made the whole thing easy and pleasurable!
