I was particularly impressed with Lisa Maguire's customer service, she was very patient with my father (Gerry Donnelly), as he meticulously looked at other cars at the dealership. She also fulfilled her promise to have the stone chips repaired on the bonnet that dad found. She was very friendly, hassle free, no pressure sale tactics. I cannot recommend her high enough. I could not be happier with the service received by everyone at the Branch. Especially when the admin team pointed out that dad had sent too much money for the car by bank transfer and were quick to have this £1750 over payment resolved.
