When I decided to buy a car a friend recommended Stuart Fraser as an e cellent salesman and certainly this proved to be the case for me also. Stuart was very friendly and helpful but in no way pushy, which is exactly the kind of salesperson I look for with any major purchase. I have already recommended him to family and friends. I wish that car sales companies would see that people are more keen to buy when no pressure sales techniques are applied. However, within 36 hours of my purchase I had a dead battery (through no fault of my own - it was leaking) but I did not find the same level of friendliness and support from your after-sales team. This was disappointing. However, I would still recommend Stuart for giving exemplary service and I think some of the other salesmen should follow his lead.
