I was welcomed at the front desk by a very friendly women i cant remember her name but she took me in and introduced me to micheal who took us around. I didnt feel pushed or pressured into getting something there and then. The next day i came back in for a test drive and Lisa looked after me, she was so friendly, great and helpful which just made feel at ease. When i came in to pick up my car she remembered me which was nice. Makes the difference when you have people like Lisa who really looks out for you, it just made my experience buying my first car so easy!!!
