I was really nervous about going inside and finding out the process as it was my first car purchase i had no idea what i was doing and i must say the minute i was introduced to John Black i immediatley felt at ease and he helped me through the whole process advising on the best deal for me and taking his time not to rush me in the end he got me my lovely car which i am so pleased with and without his help would probably be still looking around now!! The whole team are really friendly and make you feel welcome which for me was a bonus but over all i think John deserves credit for his great customer service and patience as sometimes sales staff dont get the recognition they deserve but my advice to anyone looking to buy a car head to Peter Vardy Hillington and you will recieve the best service thanks again John.
