We were served by Ryan at CarStore Hillington. I had previously used CarStore and had a very bad experience and was very wary of buying another car from CarStore. However, the service and experience I received from Ryan was excellent. We were not pressured in anyway to purchase the car even after we had taken the car on a test drive. Ryan and his manager tried their very best to reach a deal we were comfortable with. This experience has changed my opinion of peter vardy dealerships and would be very happy to use them going forward as the experience with Ryan was complete opposite to my first experience with the dealership. Where I felt I was pressured into a sale and then when I needed assistance after the sale with a fault in my car I was advised ‘that’s not my department you will have to call after sales I can’t help with that.’
