Arranged to collect the car and twice as the previous finance had not been cleared up. When I came the second time that car had not had any of the agreed work done to it. Alloy wheels scuffed, badges missing and not properly valeted. I refused to take the car. The car was then delivered out to me a few days later and was still not to a standard I would have expected. Inside and under the bonnet not properly presented. Overspray still present from the small from bumper trim repair.
The first day we took the car out the engine management light was on and the rear brakes had a little bit of grinding. I reported both and almost a week later still no call to sort something out. Stuart Fraser was very helpful in sales but aftersales has been terrible.
I am not confident the car had been properly inspected or serviced and find it shocking that no one has contacted me to address the issues.
I have now been contacted by Alistair Page who has apologised for the issues that I experienced. Alistair has assured me that everything will now be put right and explained the disappointment that I did not experience better customer care from the first point of collecting the car. Sometimes in customer care we don’t get it right every time but it’s how you react when things do go wrong and how you address those issues. I have to say that I am satisfied that my issues will now be resolved and we can look forward to enjoying the car.
