The sales transactional business went seamlessly - very impressed with the effort, efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism of sales staff. Parts two and three of the process did not meet expectations. The car was handed-over with the wrong owner's handbook, with no Warranty information provided. Having returned the incorrect literature and with the expectation that the correct documents would now be provided, I was 'stone-walled' by the mantra 'Peter Vardy's process does not allow for missing documents to be replaced'. I find this to be unacceptable and possibly an unsafe and dangerous action, bordering on incompetence. At no time was any solution suggested or recommended. I left giving the message that I was now going across the road to Taggart's Jaguar to order the required documents.
