The showroom was laid out well and there was not the intimidating atmosphere that can be the case when visiting other competitors.
The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive and I feel that my family were treated like people and not the subject of a sales target.
When we did decide to discuss the purchase of our car while the process was dealt with efficiently it also felt informal and relaxed.
It was also encouraging that there was 'no special discounts' to be obtained and that the price offered was the best price.
