Chris Doak was assigned to help me when I walked into the Showroom. I was able to view all the cars on show without pressure from Chris, but he was available if I had questions. When I found a car I was interested in, he gave me all the information I needed, plus got my own car valued. I said I wanted to think about the car overnight and called the following day to arrange a test drive. Once I had driven the car, I told Chris I wanted to go ahead and buy the car. He made all the arrangements and told me what documents I should bring when I picked up the car. Jamie helped me with all the paperwork when I picked up my car. Both Chris and Jamie were professional, helpful and friendly and made the process of buying my car very easy.
