Really good customer service from Jodie; very attentive and considerate without being pushy and really helpful with us to widen our searches and possibilities within our budget. It was down to her that we got a really good spec within our budget. Only slight frustration - and nothing to do with Jodie - is that the car itself has a few after-sale problems which are taking a bit of time to resolve. The store is helpful but time to resolve is frustrating.
