The customer service we got from Ross Spriggs was second to none, given it was only his first week and we were his first sale he could not have done more for us. 10/10 service from him. I would however like to add that when my husband and I came to collect the car there was an issue in what i would be paying every month for the car. The manager agreed a price the week before when we bought it then changed his mind my faith in him dropped slightly and to be honest if Ross hadn’t if been there as he agreed with us and he himself knew what price we agreed the week before we would’ve just have said forget it, like I said Ross was fantastic. Another point I would like to add a week after I got the car it was making a squeaky noise at the front right side, I took it in on my way too work on a Saturday morning and asked if I could I leave just for someone to listen to it, given I only had the car a week this shouldn’t of been an issue but I was told no and then told no one was available and that I need book an appointment which wasn’t till 2 weeks away. For a brand new car and only having it a week not acceptable it has however been fixed since. When I went in on that Saturday which was the 3rd March there were plenty of staff and I get there might not have been technicians available but all I wanted was for someone to give it a listen but not possible. The car went in and got fixed Thursday 21st March however when my husband went in to collect it they had ordered the wrong part!!! No offence but HOW is that possible so it really was waste of time leaving my car there. 2 weeks to wait till it gets fixed then it doesn’t actually get fixed in that scheduled day what a farce and very bad service and we’re not impressed to say the least given the amount of money im paying for the car. If all of this hadnt of happened I would’ve given better star reviews but the customer service from after we got the car was shocking and therefore out stars reflect that. Please pass on our comments about Ross to him as I’ve said he was brilliant and could not have done more for us. I’ve changed my recommend to a 5* based solely on Ross the issues that I had were no way his fault like I said he was brilliant
