Steven made me feel like a valuable customer and managed to get me a deal to suit my requirements. I found this different from "normal" salesperson as it was about me. I felt comfortable and assured I was getting the best deal and having done price checks I am more than happy with my purchase. He also followed up with a courtesy call upon receipt of my new vehicle to make sure everything was as expected. A nice touch again giving the feeling that carstore cares about their customers.
