Made us feel welcome, took time to understand our needs and patience in helping us to find the right fit to our need. Our Sales Advisor John Black was outstanding in his customer service and care. He took time to build rapport with us and showed professionalism in his dealings with us whilst also being friendly and going out of his way to ensure we were confident and happy in our decision making and purchase. We had to visit the store afterwards to fill out some forms and the office team dealing with that were not great and left us sitting and waiting for ages. The Handover experience was okay but did not match the same level of experience that we had with our sales advisor. John did however connect with us at the handover and make sure we were happy and pleased. My return to Peter Vardy would be based on our sales advisor experience which was excellent. Other aspects of service were not as good but still better than previous experiences elsewhere.
