The showroom is very clean and inviting. The staff at the reception are warm and friendly. My wife and I had a leisurely walk around the showroom and did not feel any sales pressure from the team. We liked the look of a little car and it was immediately available for a test drive. We were offered tea and coffee as well as drinks for the children. Our salesman Chris Doak took good care of us and we ordered the car. Car uplifted as planned and I was even collected from the local train station to the showroom so I could drive the car home and surprise my daughter. I have noticed one issue when driving home and emailed the Mr Doak who called me the next working day to have the matter resolved. This far service has been excellent.
